Sky View Observatory Films Are Here!

e! is proud to announce the launch of three new films at Seattle's Sky View Observatory located on Floor 73 of Columbia Center. This has been a busy summer of filming and post production to bring these films to the Observatory. Day two of the launch and the visitors are loving them–just what we want to hear.

Storytelling in Seattle’s Tallest High Rise

What a story to tell! Columbia Center, an icon among high-rise office towers, has so much to offer. Touring starts in the 19th floor marketing suite, showcasing the new modern office interiors and signature views. Colorful marketing displays tell the story of this vertical city, and how the tenants benefit with their office at this prestigious address, great location and convenience, three floors of exceptional amenities, efficient floor plates, building features, sustainability and more. High Style for a High Rise Collateral System

With heightened competition in office leasing, Beacon Capital moved to maximize their lease conversion ratios. To successfully achieve this goal, they brought in Effective Design Studio to design a new marketing collateral system for their West Coast portfolio, which consists of Class A buildings and landmark properties.

Effective Design Studio collaborated with the client and the leasing teams for each property to review their research and utilize their experience to develop a distinctive voice for all marketing communications. e! designed powerful graphic elements including maps and plans, and presented a 2-tiered collateral system to embrace the breadth of their portfolio of properties. The final result showcases their world-class portfolio in enduring style.
